Here we leave you a very simple and healthy recipe of how to prepare some crepes stuffed with quark cheese, which contains several fundamental elements for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
- Egg white
- Cocoa 0% defatted powder
- 1 banana
- Sweetener or Stevia
- Olive oil
- Quark cheese
Preparation:
To make the pancake batter mix the two tablespoons of oatmeal, the egg white, the banana and a spoonful of cocoa powder in a blender glass. We can add to the mix if we want a bit of sweetener. When we mix the ingredients the mixture should have a homogeneous texture. In a pan, and with a splash of oil so that they do not stick, we prepare the crepes. Finally, we can fill them with our favorite quark cheese, either natural or flavored. We can also add to our mix if we want some pieces of fruit or nuts.
